1. How long does it take?
   Our current processing time is 7-10 business days, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for shipping. *Business days do not include holidays.

2. What is your shipping policy?
   Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. Priority shipping is available for all orders. Ground shipping is available on orders under a certain weight limit. More information is available at checkout.

If an item is damaged or lost once in the hands of the carrier, you will be asked to file a claim with them.

3. What is your return policy?
   All sales are final. NO returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any orders as all products are customized and cannot be resold. In the event, you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please contact me.

4. Can I cancel my order?
   Cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of the initial purchase or non rush orders and MUST be acknowledged by Nino's Creationz via email. You have 24 hours to modify or change an order once it has been placed for non rush orders. If you would like to make changes after the 24 hour period, you are subject to a $16.24 fee per change.

5. What if I need my items sooner?
   Some items can be done sooner than the standard time frame for an additional $21.65. Rush orders are considered anything within a 3-5 business day turn around time.

6. How do I care for my cups?
   Tumblers, mugs, glassware, and all other styles of cups are all hand-made and are uniquely imperfect. There may be slight imperfections, that will not take away from the functionality or affect its use, it just adds a little character that can't be duplicated.
   
   All epoxied tumblers should be treated with care. The epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant. It is NOT shatterproof or crack-proof. Even though we use very high-quality material, PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE!
   
   Below are some precautions regarding the tumblers:
   * HAND WASH ONLY
   * DO NOT SOAK
   * DO NOT MICROWAVE
   * DO NOT PLACE IN FREEZER
   * DO NOT LEAVE IN CAR
   * DO NOT DROP
   * AVOID EXTREME HEAT

7. How do I care for my vinyl shirts?
   Wash instructions are very important to maintain the life of your shirt. If you do not follow these steps the shirts will peel.
   * TURN INSIDE OUT
   * MACHINE WASH COLD
   * NO BLEACH
   * NO FABRIC SOFTNER
   * HANG DRY ONLY
   * DO NOT DRY CLEAN
   * DO NOT IRON
